1. 计算神经动力学:功能性神经元和神经元网络受物理场的调控及其编码的研究;神经递质(如五羟色胺等调控因子)对认知神经系统环路的调控作用的研究;神经元或神经元网络中非线性动力学研究等。
2. 水表面波理论:法拉第波,斑图动力学及其稳定性研究等。
